Lenval “Logan” Logan is originally from the United Kingdom and enjoyed a twenty + year career in the United States Air Force, and over fifteen years government contractor. For many years, he has been interested in unexplained and anomalous phenomena taking place around the world and has been looking for better way to capture scientific evidence to better
expose and understand the nature of UAP’s, Cryptozoology Paranormal sightings and activities. His goal is to move these subjects from the area of fringe
science into mainstream science via evidence -based practices. He is an active member of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), Scientific Coalition for UAP
Studies (SCU) and National Capital Area Skeptics (NCAS) in Washington, DC. Logan is an inventor, and is a co-founder and the Chief Technology
Officer for a small start-up called Phenom, LLC, which has created “Phenom”, a citizen science, crowdsourcing, multi-function App to support the public and
scientific communities in reporting, identifying and characterizing unusual phenomenon, airborne or otherwise. Logan spends his free time, working on
Phenom app, tech foraging, playing video games and listening to science fiction and military Audiobooks. And due to Lue Elizondo and Jay Stratton , Logan was able to support the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) Task Force (UAPTF).

On Aug. 4, 2020, Deputy Secretary of Defense David L. Norquist approved the establishment of an Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) Task Force (UAPTF). The Department of the Navy, under the cognizance of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security, will lead the UAPTF.
The Department of Defense established the UAPTF to improve its understanding of, and gain insight into, the nature and origins of UAPs. The mission of the task force is to detect, analyze and catalog UAPs that could potentially pose a threat to U.S. national security.
As DOD has stated previously, the safety of our personnel and the security of our operations are of paramount concern. The Department of Defense and the military departments take any incursions by unauthorized aircraft into our training ranges or designated airspace very seriously and examine each report. This includes examinations of incursions that are initially reported as UAP when the observer cannot immediately identify what he or she is observing.
